Ruhya — Hesabın və məlumatların silinməsi

Üsul 1 — Tətbiq daxilində (dərhal)

Ruhya tətbiqini açın → Ayarlar → Profil.
Aşağıda «Hesabı sil» düyməsinə toxunun.
Təsdiq edin — hesab və bütün bulud məlumatları dərhal və həmişəlik silinir.

Üsul 2 — E-poçt ilə sorğu

Tətbiqə girişiniz yoxdursa, hesabı yaratdığınız e-poçt ünvanından fuadsoltanli03@gmail.com ünvanına «Hesab silmə sorğusu» mövzusu ilə məktub göndərin. Sorğu 30 gün ərzində icra olunur və sizə təsdiq göndərilir.

Nə silinir

Giriş üçün istifadə olunan e-poçt ünvanı və hesab qeydi;
Sinxronizasiya məlumatları: seçilmiş ayələr, namaz və oruc izləmə, zikr sayğacı, xətm irəliləyişi, ayarlar;
Hesaba bağlı Premium alış qeydləri (Google Play / App Store qəbz identifikatorları).

Nə saxlanılır

Cihazınızdakı lokal məlumatlar — tətbiqi silməklə və ya Ayarlardan sıfırlamaqla özünüz silirsiniz.
Google Play / App Store-dakı ödəniş tarixçəsi — bunu mağazalar öz qaydalarına əsasən saxlayır; Ruhya-nın ona nəzarəti yoxdur.

Vacib — aktiv abunəlik

Qeyd: Ruhya Premium hazırkı versiyada mövcud deyil — bütün funksiyalar pulsuzdur. Aşağıdakı şərtlər Premium işə salındıqdan sonra tətbiq olunur.

Hesabı silmək abunəliyi ləğv etmir. Ödənişlərin dayanması üçün abunəliyi ayrıca Google Play → Abunəliklər və ya iOS Ayarlar → Apple hesabı → Abunəliklər bölməsindən ləğv edin. Ömürlük alış eyni mağaza hesabı ilə «Alışları bərpa et» vasitəsilə yeni Ruhya hesabına yenidən bağlana bilər.

Ruhya — Delete your account and data

App: Ruhya · Developer: Ruhya team (Patch Group)

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open Ruhya → Settings → Profile.
Tap "Delete account" at the bottom.
Confirm — the account and all cloud data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — By e-mail

If you can no longer access the app, send an e-mail from the address you registered with to fuadsoltanli03@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Requests are processed within 30 days and confirmed by e-mail.

What is deleted

The e-mail address used to sign in and the account record;
Sync data: bookmarks, prayer and fasting tracker, dhikr counter, khatm progress, settings;
Premium purchase records linked to the account (Google Play / App Store receipt identifiers).

What is kept

Local data on your device — you remove it by uninstalling the app or resetting it in Settings.
Payment history in Google Play / the App Store — retained by the stores under their own policies; Ruhya has no control over it.

Important — active subscriptions

Note: Ruhya Premium is not available in the current version — every feature is free. The terms below apply once Premium is released.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it separately in Google Play → Subscriptions or iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. A lifetime purchase can be re-linked to a new Ruhya account with "Restore purchases" on the same store account.
