Ruhya tətbiqini («Tətbiq») yükləməklə və ya istifadə etməklə bu şərtləri qəbul edirsiniz. Razı deyilsinizsə, Tətbiqdən istifadə etməyin.
Ruhya namaz vaxtları, Quran mətni və səsi, qiblə, dualar, təsbeh, hicri təqvim və oxşar İslami məzmun təqdim edən mobil tətbiqdir. Bütün funksiyalar pulsuz və hesabsız işləyir. Tətbiq reklamla dəstəklənir; reklamları birdəfəlik «Reklamsız» alışı ilə söndürə bilərsiniz (bax: bölmə 4).
Namaz vaxtları astronomik hesablama metodları ilə (seçdiyiniz hesablama metoduna görə; Əsr vaxtı Hənəfi üsulu ilə) hesablanır və yerli dini idarənin elan etdiyi vaxtlardan bir neçə dəqiqə fərqlənə bilər. Qiblə istiqaməti cihazın sensorlarına əsaslanır və maqnit təsirlərindən yayına bilər. Tətbiqdəki tərcümə, hədis və izahlar məlumat xarakterlidir, fətva deyil; şübhəli hallarda dini mütəxəssisə müraciət edin. Bütün mənbələr Tətbiqin «Ayarlar → Haqqında» bölməsində göstərilir.
Hesab könüllüdür və yalnız cihazlar arası sinxronizasiya üçün lazımdır; «Reklamsız» alışı üçün hesab tələb olunmur. Giriş şifrəsizdir: e-poçtunuza göndərilən birdəfəlik 6 rəqəmli kod ilə daxil olursunuz. Hesabınızı istənilən vaxt Profil → Hesabı sil ilə silə bilərsiniz (bax: Hesab silmə).
Tətbiqi qanuna zidd məqsədlərlə istifadə etmək, tərsinə mühəndislik etmək, ödəniş sistemini aldatmağa cəhd etmək və ya məzmunu Tətbiqdən kənarda kommersiya məqsədilə yenidən yaymaq qadağandır.
Tətbiqin dizaynı, kodu və brendi Ruhya komandasına məxsusdur. Quran mətni, tərcümələr və qiraətlər müvafiq hüquq sahiblərinə məxsusdur və mənbələri Tətbiqdə göstərilir.
Tətbiq «olduğu kimi» təqdim olunur. Qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə Ruhya vaxt hesablamalarındakı fərqlər, sensor xətaları, xidmət fasilələri və ya məlumat itkisindən yaranan dolayı zərərlərə görə məsuliyyət daşımır. Ödənişli xidmətlərə görə məsuliyyət son 12 ayda ödədiyiniz məbləğlə məhdudlaşır.
Bu şərtləri yeniləyə bilərik; əhəmiyyətli dəyişikliklər Tətbiqdə və ya bu səhifədə elan olunur. Şərtləri pozduqda hesabınızı dayandıra bilərik. Tətbiqi silməklə istənilən vaxt istifadəyə xitam verə bilərsiniz.

Ruhya provides prayer times, Quran text and audio, qibla direction, supplications, a dhikr counter, the Hijri calendar and similar Islamic content. All features are free and work without an account. The App is supported by ads; you can remove them with the one-time "Ad-free" purchase (see section 4).
Prayer times are calculated astronomically (per the calculation method you select; the Asr time follows the Hanafi method) and may differ by a few minutes from the times announced by your local religious authority. The qibla direction relies on device sensors and can be affected by magnetic interference. Translations, hadith and explanations are for information only and are not religious rulings; consult a qualified scholar when in doubt. All sources are listed under Settings → About.
An account is optional and only needed for cross-device sync; the "Ad-free" purchase does not require one. Sign-in is passwordless: you enter a one-time 6-digit code sent to your e-mail. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account (see Account deletion).
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer it, attempt to defeat the payment system, or redistribute its content commercially outside the App.
The App's design, code and brand belong to the Ruhya team. Quran text, translations and recitations belong to their respective rights holders and are credited in the App.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ruhya is not liable for indirect damages arising from differences in calculated times, sensor errors, service interruptions or data loss. Liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the App or on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate the terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
